1 · Sees.
Snyggen sees what's on the screen. Nobody has to describe where they're stuck.
Snyggen sees what they see and shows them where, and why, so next time they can answer it themselves.

02 · The problem
When things get hard, your users ask for a person. Not because they want a person, but because they want what a person brings: someone who sees their situation, someone they can trust, and above all, someone who explains why.
The best help any of us has is a person who sees the screen and points. It's expensive, and rarely there when someone is stuck. So the rest of support is built for quick answers and closed tickets. The question comes back anyway, on Thursday, from the same person or from whoever sits next to her.
03 · The idea
We taught the computer to understand our pointing. We never taught it to point back.
Snyggen sees the same screen your users do. The pointer becomes a shared focal point, a triangle between the person at the screen, Snyggen and your system. What the best person on your support team does, every time someone is stuck.
Snyggen sees what's on the screen. Nobody has to describe where they're stuck.
It can move the pointer to the next step. A place is easier to show than to describe.
Out loud, in text beside the pointer, or with an image or a short clip placed exactly where it's needed. Your users can talk or type back, right from the pointer.
04 · Fit
Snyggen learns your product from what you already have: the documentation, the support history, the training material, and what your people carry around in their heads. It runs on your infrastructure, with the model you choose, and the data stays with you. Your users meet Snyggen, or your own character with Snyggen underneath. Your call. What can't be learned, like bugs and platform limits, goes to your support team with enough context that nobody has to ask what's on the screen.
05 · Limits
Snyggen doesn't replace your support team. Your people get fewer of the same questions, and more time for the ones that need a person. Snyggen starts at the pointer, where the problem is. And it doesn't make your users depend on it. It measures itself by how quickly it stops being needed.
06 · Pilot
Understanding is the only lock-in your customers thank you for. A pilot with your product and your users takes a week to set up. Then you can measure what you don't measure today: how many questions never come back.
